JTC’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our users. JTC agrees to exercise reasonable precautions to maintain the confidentiality of information provided by you in connection with this web site (the “Site”).

JTC does not collect personal information about individuals browsing this Site (“Visitors”) except when specifically and knowingly provided by such Visitors and will not sell, rent or trade personal information about Visitors to any third party.

When a Visitor requests information regarding a JTC service and provides personal contact information, that information is used to enable JTC to promptly and efficiently reply to the Visitor’s request. Any additional personal information, provided to JTC in response to survey questions or in response to additional registration questions, is used by JTC to ensure that we are offering products and services that meet the needs of our clients. Buyers
If you decide to use JTC for a project, you will be asked to sign our standard Contractual agreement (the "Agreement”). The Agreement states that we may share your personal contact information (name, address, telephone, and email address) with the subcontractors that are involved in the construction of your home. This is done to help facilitate the design-selection process and to improve customer satisfaction.


Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, JTC may also disclose personal information in special cases: (1) when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) JTC ’s rights or property or anyone that could be harmed by such activities; (2) when, after good faith research, we believe that the law requires it; (3) to JTC’s sales and marketing personnel and its suppliers, business partners, regional managers and/or sales representatives as necessary to provide service or information to you that you have requested; and (4) in situations involving threats to the physical safety of any person.
